*Sunday 9 Nov 2025*       Deadline for oral abstract submission
*Friday 14 Nov 2025*      Notification of abstract acceptance
*Sunday 23 Nov 2025*      Deadline for poster abstract submission


All abstracts submitted after 9 November can be accepted only as posters.
All abstracts submitted before 9 November but failing to be accepted as
oral presentations will automatically become posters.

Also please remember that in order to submit an Abstract for ADD2026,
you must first register - just follow the instructions under the tab

Following our earlier email (below) that opened registration for ADD2026 in
Grenoble, please note that you may now submit your Abstracts for contributed
Oral presentations or Posters during the Conference, and also if we have
already invited you to give a presentation during the Conference or a
tutorial during the School.

After connecting to our website:

https://workshops.ill.fr/e/add2026

simply click at left on the tab "Call for Abstracts" and follow the instructions
for submitting your Abstract on-line.  Please note that you cannot upload a
file, but you can paste your Abstract's text into the on-line box and make use
of the formatting buttons at the top of the text box, as well as LaTeX or
Markdown syntax for math formulae. Sorry, but our Indico system does not allow
insertion of figures or images in abstracts.

The deadline for abstract submission is Sunday 9 November (oral presentations),
and Sunday 23 November (posters).  All abstracts not selected for an oral
presentation will automatically be accepted as posters.

Dear Colleague,

We are pleased to open registration for ADD2026, the 6th edition of
the School and Conference on Analysis of Diffraction Data in real-space:

co-organized by the European Synchrotron (ESRF) and the Institut
Laue-Langevin (ILL), and taking place:

                   11 to 16 January 2026

at the European Photon and Neutron (EPN) campus in Grenoble, France.

Building on the positive experience of ADD2011, ADD2013, ADD2016,
ADD2019 and finally ADD2022, the 5-day programme of ADD2026 includes
two and a half days for the School followed by two and a half days
for the Conference.  More detailed information can be found at the
webpage link given above, including a Preliminary Programme, and
Important Dates.

The "Registration Fees" tab lists the various options for Students
and Regular participants.

The "Help for Registration" tab provides information about how to
login to our Indico registration system.


To register for ADD2026, click on the "Registration" tab and fill out the
on-line registration form.  Please note that due to security procedures
for entering the EPN campus, our registration form requires you to enter
personal ID information, but you may be assured that this information
is kept confidential in accordance with Europe's General Data Protection
Regulation (GDPR).

For those attending the School part of ADD2026, please take care
to select two, and only two, tutorials that are of interest to you.
We will schedule one of your two tutorials on Tuesday afternoon,
and the other on Wednesday morning.  For more information about
the content of the tutorials, click on the tab "Tutorials Information".

Once you have registered, you may login again to Indico and modify
your registration, including your choice of two tutorials.  Also, please
don't forgot to login again at some point to make payment.

Please note that the registration and payment deadline is 23 November,
but we encourage you to register early, since space might be limited.
