The zip file is so big that the mail-list blocked it. I just used the same file structure as the standard "01_helloworld" example except for putting "lib/rife.jar" under /WEB-INF.

How are you running them? Can you maybe create a zip archive of your
hello world app (without the jars) and send it to the list. I can
then have a quick look at what went wrong.
