Fallback? ErrorHandler?
Good candidates, except that we already have fallbackId for when an URL is accessed that isn't registered in the site and are planning on using errorhandler for custom exception handling :-)
I think it either should be very specific as a name, either it should be folded into the greater idea of building flexible custom error handling and just treat it as another exception or error.
I'm actually more leaning towards the latter, but that will take a while to be implemented.
