Thanks; I finally found the block/tag templates in the LiveTemplates
view so they did indeed get imported properly. However I wasn't able
to find the metadata or element class templates anywhere; I finally
unjar'd the settings file and then added them by hand into the file
templates view and now everything seems to work as expected.
