Changelogs are published on https://ring.cx/en/news, on the ML and I
think on the wiki (cannot verify for now, still down).
The last one was in September, so one changelog is missing (the one from
the 29 nov.) but there is still an awaiting release for 2 platforms
(next week) so the next changelog will follow.
Instead a changelog for all platforms, maybe we need changelogs for each
platforms.
