if you are talking about this message, that is just another user reporting a bug - that person, for some reason, does not want anyone to know her identity - perhaps it is bill gates and he does not want anyone to know how much he secretly loves GNU
you can block messages from any email address if you want to; but that is not related to any mailing list - you would do that on your email service
