Another option would be to use ChatSecure: https://chatsecure.org/

In fact you are looking for push-to-talk feature (some kind of a
walkie-talkie), which works pretty nice over Tor.

I have heard about some tests running Skype over Tor. I remember it has
been successfull up to some point, but the problem is Skype uses VBR
(variable bit rate) codecss, which could be cryptoanalysed. See:
