Plug it in! It won't be used by the Rio, though.
The Rio doesn't recognize cards larger than 32MB. Which probably means the
answer to your question is *no*. You'd have to hack the Rio's firmware, which is
inside a Mask-Rom Microcontroller - so that's not really a possibility,
either.
