The source should still compile under Linux, but beware - I haven't tried
it.

About the skips - these will happen with DoB as well (at least I have them
sometimes when I search backwards, ymmv). Since I haven't gotten around to
writing a *real* driver for DoB, there are bound to be conflicts with other
software using the same printer port. Best you deinstall those printer
drivers and use a Linux print server (at least that's what I do).
