Hi Sarah,

perhaps it is the typical problem and the USB stick is broken (SanDisk 
nano, see [1]). You can replace the usb stick with another one. In [2] I 
have written how to to so in a previous mail. The stick needs a capacity 
of >3 GB (see [3]).
