My name is Florian Stuhrberg, and I am a master's student at Hasso-Plattner-Institut in Germany. As part of an assignment, I am currently investigating in DNS over UDP and DNS over TLS response times, using the RIPE Atlas and the corresponding API. However, after my measurements for DNS over UDP, I do not have sufficient credits to conduct the measurements for DNS over TLS.
