Folks, as some of you are aware, the EU Commission have a consultation open finishing on Friday at 17:00 CET on the upcomming Digital Networks act, there are 2 of them there is a targeted consultation (long and complex) and a shorter one here https://ec.europa.eu/info/law/better-regulation/have-your-say/initiatives/14709-Digital-Networks-Act_en
a number of SME Internet stakeholders and I intend to sign a letter to the Commission voicing concerns about impact of some of the proposed policies on competition, SMEs, Network Neutrality and Quality of Service, particularly interconnection regulation and the proposed dispute resolution mandate...
