Hi, I don't know whether the following URL will help as it seems to be dealing with Suncomm's copy protection found on BMG releases, but hey, it may give you some clues as to how to bypass the copy protection on EMI discs. I've bought heaps of Australian EMI discs and have never had a problem, I just ignore the small dialog box that comes up which says something like "Additonal Software needs to be loaded, proceed?" I just leave it in the background whilst media player does the rip.
