I find ripping with EAC on my Plextor 716 to be quite slow and was wondering if this is typical. I average speeds of 2X to 3X in secure mode, compared to 8X to 15X using PlexTools with error correction enabled. I've compared a couple of CD's and can't hear any difference, so I wonder if the slower speed provides a better rip?
