Hi, Thanks I think I must have some kind of resource issue going on when encoding multi files with flac.exe
Multi files encoded to FLAC via Foobar2000 are fine so at least I have an alternative for now, not sorted the tagging yet in Foobar so I'm using Helium Music Manager to retag which does a great job.
