Unless you have a VERY large scanner, there is really no option other
than scanning the cover in pieces, and then assembling them in
Photoshop, or an equivelent.

I tried this with three LPs I ripped. Between messing with the gain to
limit clipping while ripping; attempting to remove hiss, pops and
clicks; fading tracks in and out; and finally scanning and stiching the
cover together in Photoshop, I found it took me about 10 hours to rip an
LP. Quite painful.

I resolved to repeat the horror only for a select few LPs no longer in
print.

Just thought of this ... have you tried a Google Image search?
