Whoops, completely forgot about this. Ok, they're a little rough and ready, but here you go.
Extract them both in the same directory. Then, put the ac3 file and the info file (rename them to something.ac3 and something.ac3.info) into that directory, and run ./processac3.sh <ac3filename> It'll process the file, FLAC it, and then present you with a blank tag file (in the 'joe' editor, you might want to change that in the script) for you to fill in. Give me a shout if you have any problems.
