I believe you said in another thread you didn't like
foobar2000.  Still, it would be the fastest and
easiest way to apply it to all those files at once.

The metaflac command-line metatag editor would only be
suitable for one file at a time.

Add:

--replay-gain

after the -V and before the -T.
