I only use two pieces of software capable of 
reading FLAC tags (Mp3tag and foobar2000) and only 
foobar2000 is capable of reading the ReplayGain 
tag in a FLAC file.  You can even edit it.

Perhaps other tagging programs would be able to 
read it as well, but these are the only two I use, 
so I can't comment on any others.
