Yes, I've had that occur to me many times on many different machines. I'm running Office 2003. Try clicking through as if you were going into the Office installer, and sooner or later it will show you the Flac Frontend. After going through the complete complete cycle, I've found that it doesn't occur again. Hope this helps.
