Have you ever heard a standard 60 Hz ac hum?
It is fairly low. I wouldn't call it exteremly low.
Low E on a bass (guitar or stand up) is 41 Hz.

Unless you have spent a fortune on speakers, you won't hear anything
at 21 or 10, except maybe some doubling.

Try removing anything below 50 and see what it sounds like.
