i use foobar when i want to convert flac to another format - piece of cake to use just create a playlist then right click and convert - i recently went on holiday and converted about 300 songs to wma to take with me on my archos. it just bimbled away overnight and i had 300 nicely named and directoried wma's to take with me. (it'll do mp3's too as well as most other formats).
