Then you should uncheck that button (overread) again, and check the
fill missing samples button. Delete leading and trailing blocks should
remain false.

The post I linked to gave two methods for getting accurate rips:
1. Overread setting (true)
2. Fill missing samples with silence (false)
3. Delete leading and trailing silent blocks (false)

OR
1. (false)
2. (true)
3. (false)
