What OS are you using? If you are using a Mac, you can list all the Apple Lossless files by using Smart Folders. In the finder, select File > New Smart Folder then in the Smart Folders menu, select "Other..." then "Codecs" and the desired search criteria (e.g. Codecs contains lossless) then all files meeting the criteria will be listed in the Smart Folder.
