I haven't been able to find a decent FLAC tagging application for the
Mac...

You could check out Media Rage from www.chaoticsoftware.com but I don't
find it particularly intuitive to use.

Music Magic Mixer from www.predixis.com can be used to edit individual
files but it isn't designed as a bulk-tagging application.
