I'd speculate that the original rips are fine. EAC does a pretty good
job of determining whether its reading correct bits or not... and if
the tracks sound fine... then really thats what matters.

But... re-ripping 10 CDs doesn't take very long... if it'll make you
sleep better at night... =)

Just out of interest, are you sure that your settings are correct for
the second drive (ie. you aren't using burst mode or C2 error
correction)?
