I've not discovered an automatic way w/EAC to do the ARTIST / ALBUM split, so I use the Database->Transform Actual CD Information->Exchange Artists <-> Title tool to swap the fields, and then replace the '/' character with a '-' character in each track. You can use the arrow keys and enter keys to move between the characters and next field, so its not too bad.
