I just ripped the whole disc and the data track didn't appear in the cue. I'm pretty sure I've been playing these wav+cues on my SB3, but I'll double check tonight.
It must be something early on, FLAC exits with the error the moment it starts. I'm using EAC v0.95b3. Here are the log and cue files that EAC generated.
