I personally like to embed in each file because of remastered or import discs for instance. for instance, I'll use the normal album cover for the songs that were on the standard issue album, but a bonus track that only is on an import i'll use the import or reissue album cover, because sometimes they differ, especially import albums how they have the japanase tag down the left side.
