Wow, it's good to see I'm not weird to have this bother me! :-) Thanks for the responses. That Musicbrainz link was exactly what I'm looking for. Even it isn't quite hard-and-fast - there are a lot of conditions.
I find it unusual that the last word in a title is always capitalized.
