I have used it. It is fairly simple and works well in da Windows environment.
I have used it for flac to mp3. It does replicate directory structures and gets my tags right. Kind of a set and forget operation. I will need to look over my setup for any specific settings. For the geek in me I was going to look at Robin's perl routine when I get the time. My flac's are on a linux box and would rather manage my library from there.
