Thanks guys. I'll definitely look into getting a small climate controlled storage space for the CDs/DVDs. I think that my wife has some artwork she'll want to store there as well.
The garage is actually perfectly dry all the time, even in the rainy seasons, so I think I'll risk storing the electronics, unless I end up with extra space in the storage unit. None are particularly new or expensive. Even the newest computers that I'll store are about 4-5 years old.
