On problem discs I have used: http://www.hcmaudio.com/comp.asp?compID=265 and it really does work. I eventually started using it on all discs before I started copying. Couple of drops and a good polish. Never had to use the pen even on the most difficult discs. Reduces the amount of error correction shown in EAC as well.
