I Use Max (it's the best ripper available for Mac OS), but not Tag. Unfortunately it doesn't yet support MP3s (at least not in a release version as per the information on the site).
But I suppose if anyone will get it right, this one shows the most promise. I still long for a combination of Tag&Rename and Dr.Tag.
