Create bug report. Attach one of the files that doesn't play (preferably a smallish one) Someone will have a look at the file and see if they can see anything wrong with it. The author/owner of the flac project (Josh Coalson) is active on these forums. I don't know if he'd be interested/have the time to take a look?
