EAC is the best ripping tool available at the moment, if used in secure mode to produce accurate results.
Copy-protected CDs contain errors on the purpose to fool the rippers, but not a normal CD player who would (probably) recover the missing audio with interpolation, a technique that has nothing to do with ripping. The best thing to do with copy-protected CDs is to read a tutorial on how to create a (legitimate) copy for your personal usage (strictly speaking in some countries this might be considered illegal even for your own usage on your legitimate original CD) and then rip the copy, burnt on a CD-RW or as an image mounted with Daemon Tools. You can find many tutorials on the net. -- wellington ------------------------------------------------------------------------ wellington's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=7601 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=31274 _______________________________________________ ripping mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/ripping
