I apologize for the way the last sentence came out, it should have read 'if you are happy with your rips and it was easy, then you can disregard my post because it's just an opinion'. The tech advisors gave you great advice. They gave you the best choice, and a choice that wouldn't require them to answer ten more questions about setup. I'm sure it's a capable application, but there are a lot of free ones out there as well. It seemed odd that you contaced tech support for advice though, knowing about this section of the forum.
