No actually I am not writing nay tag in the files but I am letting MP3Gain change the file (of course so far I am keeping a backup copy of the orginals unitl I figure out if MP3 gain is deteriorizing the quality). I want my files tt be as compatible as possible and able to play on any device. > Real audiophiles don't use MP3. ;-) Well I would theoretically agree with you, but so far I haven't met any song where I could hear any difference between Flac and [EMAIL PROTECTED] on my pretty decent hi-fi system. I usually have a good hear (that's why I noticed MP3gain muffling the sound). /Alessandro So I am happy with the quality I am getting while saving lots of space. Much better than many of the original CDs sold today. -- Aguida ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Aguida's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=9285 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=33656 _______________________________________________ ripping mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/ripping
