I want to rip my CDs from scratch little by little to get tags, queality
etc. updated.

I looked at Windows Media Player and ripping can be done in several
ways:
1) Windows Media Audio (up to 192 kbps)
2) Windows Media Audio Pro (up to 192 kbps)
3) Windows Media Audio Variable Bit Rate (up to 240-355 kbps)
4) Windows Media Audio Looseless
5) mp3 (up to 320 kbps)
6) WAV (600MB/CD)

I tried some of the programs from the Wiki but I would like to have a
one-step process since it is a lot of CDs.

Including:
1) Ripping
2) Encoding
3) Tag'ing from Database
4) Naming + folders

I will be willing to spent more space for the files but not the 20MB+
pr. song. Say that 8-12MB is the limit per. (standard) song.

Therefore I discarted the FLAC format and I guess all looseless
formats.

a) Is Windows Media Player recommended with my "demands"?
b) Other all-in-one programs that will make mp3 or other native
Squeezebox formats?
