If the file have extension m4a - then normally SS will transcode them on the fly. The application to transcode the files needs Apple QuickTime installled - is Quicktime installed ?
If you can play these files in the Quicktime player - there is a another common problem with a supporting application called "socketwrapper". Socketwrapper can be prevented from running by some networking or security s/w. Make sure socketwrapper has been entered in the security s/w/ (e.g. firewall) as a trusted app. What security s/w have you installed ? -- bpa ------------------------------------------------------------------------ bpa's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=1806 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=35178 _______________________________________________ ripping mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/ripping
