Hi, Please create a ticket on the website (http://robinbowes.com/projects/flac2mp3) and attach a few of the files in question after truncating the audio using the script in this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=17228 It's an issue I've hit myself but I've not looked into it in any great detail.
