SlimServer doesn't support WMA Pro, and beyond that - they may have DRM automatically embedded.
If you can somehow get them back to WAV format, you can then re-encode them to anything you like. Otherwise you're limited to what WMP will let you do - if it'll let you re-encode to WMA lossless, WMA lossy or MP3 those will work. I would mention FLAC but WMP doesn't know what that is. If it won't let you go back to WAV or re-encode to WMA/MP3 then you're stuck.
