That all looks right, but FLAC just doesn't compress that much.  How
does windows explorer show them?  Does Windows Media Player play them? 
(It can't play FLAC without extra codecs).  How does DBPowerAmp report
them?

Your setup all looks OK, but the level of compression and the fact that
you can't alter the file size make it seem to me that you are creating
320kbps files (320 / 1411 (CD) ~ 25%).

FLAC normally gives 600-800kbps bitrates IME - about 50%.  I don't mean
to harp on or anything, but I'm sure you don't want to be playing lossy
files by accident!
