Not with the Squeezebox alone.  You would have to have some type of
audio recorder connected to the same preamp or receiver that handles
the Squeezebox signal.

The best solution I have found for recording Internet Radio is the free
Windows program "Screamer Radio":

It comes with many of the same preset stations as Squeezebox, and you
can also load any streaming URL.  You can use Screamer Radio as a music
player, but the significant feature is that it can RECORD any music
stream it can play.  It also buffers the stream, so that if you hit
"record" in the middle of a song it will record the whole song from the
beginning.  Screamer can also properly name the songs it records if the
stream contains song information.
