Just a quick follow up - I set up a test folder and tried the instructions written above, and all went without a hitch.
One point I found is that if you use MS Word as your editor, it may not recognize the characters properly. In my case the " in the line was showing up as an invalid symbol. My workaround to this was to open it in Crimson Editor and use this to create the command string instead. I'm sure there are easier ways to do it, but I didn't have the time to play around with it more than that. (Maybe some of the Windows gurus on this board can help.) Good luck!
