I'm in process of converting some hundred-odd CDs that I'd saved as APE into FLAC. Whipping up a batch file to transcode was easy (using the command line interface for Monkey's Audio, and flac.exe, which is command line in the first place). Flac comes with tag.exe, so I can write tags to flac - I just need a way to read 'em from ape. Anyone got a solution? Thanks!
PS: I just did about fifty CDs, used mp3tag to copy/paste from the old (ape) folder to the new (flac). It's maybe ten clicks per folder, but none-the-less my eyes are really tired.
