I have my record deck connected to a CD Recorder and burn the album to a
CD-RW. I use manual track breaks which just involves pressing a button
between tracks.

I then use abcde to rip the CD-RW onto my music system. Much to my
surprise this does a pretty good job of finding the albums in the CDDB
so I rarely have to do any manual tagging. abcde handles the FLAC
conversion and replay gain as well.

I actually find this approach faster than recording directly onto the
computer - mostly because I'm less inclined to screw something up.

Sometimes I have to use Audacity to clean up a track with an obnoxious
scratch but fortunately I took pretty good care of my vinyl.
