Depends on whether the DVD-A is encrypted or not.  If its NOT encrypted,
you can extract the MLP lossless files using DVD-A Explorer (not related
to DVD Audio Explorer).  Then use eac3to.exe (not related to EAC.exe) to
uncompress the MLP lossless to WAV and finally re-encode using
flac.exe.

I've used this method for the 24/192 files from the DVD-A sides of the
Alan Parsons discs from Classic Records.  Not simple, or something I'd
like to do every day, but it works great...
