You don't say what you are using to rip and tag the files, but there was a similar thread 'here' (http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=41326). Try stopping SC/SS, deleting the contents of the cache folder and retagging the file using something like mp3tag (deleting the old tags first). Then start up SC/SS and it should build a fresh database. Any improvement?
