Dbpoweramp. Every bit as good as EAC (which I do like a lot) but more versatile . You can rip & encode to multiple types not just 2 and then add replay gain and a bunch of other dsp effects. I have profiles set up for flac and mp3(lame)at a high bit rate for my 80gb classic, flac and ogg (for my sons rockboxed Nano and my rockboxed Sansa e270, (used to compare and fool around) and flac with lame at a lower bit rate for my daughters mp3 player. I got to keep everyone happy you know.
